I have a problem with my VU+ Solo2 not showing at all except the freeview channel

I can't view any of the sky channel except free view . all the sky sports sky movies bt sport are not showing so i decide to update it and restart the box after doing so he did not show again and started showing something like it crashed and all the tv go black. Can some1 help me out please. I'm using VU+ solo 2
