Check if they are scanned in correctly, try a program like dreamboxedit and see if they are scanned in as data channels or TV.
 
I did not understand this part Mick12334 but my brother does not have a signal on that frequency
When you change the machine and put another machine working and reference are programming channels on the same antenna
