How can i reset my BH image 1.7 to see these channels please i do not now how to lock a signal and when i manually input the frequencies obtained from king of sat nothing seems to work but all other channels in same bouquet works fine

BH 1.7.x image series is out of support.
Upgrade to latest version to obtain support.
 
when i tried to upgrade BH i received a message stating nothing to upgrade How shall i upgrade and how do i re-add the channels please
