I need a plug in please

Hallo and Happy new year to you all.
I could not figure out how I managed to get the add on “video enhancement” installed in the menu in the previous image BH 1.7.8 .
Now with BH 1.7.9 I downloaded the add-on through BH image and after restart I couldn’t
Find it after so many attempts.
My question is what I am doing wrong? Or where can I find the add on to install it manually.

It should at BH Main menu (its a system plugin)

yes but beleave me for some reason is not appering in the system, i did even flash new image
and is not having it, I am just wondering if i can install it manualy

1. Plugin is already in the image in System Menu
2. You must use/enable in System Menu >> Customize >>Setup Mode Expert>>Save with green button
3.Reboot
