I need an HOWTO

i have an problem with my internal HDD
i can see the HDD inthe devicemanger but its impossible to mount and format it
after mounting the box will restart .
after restart the HDD is`nt mounted
and i have and error in the filesystem
is somewhere an helping tool?
tell me if you need more informations

if you have hdd errors you have to format it.
unplug all your usb sticks
reboot WITHOUT usb sticks
telnet to your box
digit commands:

umount /dev/sda1

mkfs.ext3 /dev/sda1

mount /dev/sda1 /media/hdd

mkdir /media/hdd/movie

reboot
