i need Arabic translation

i have vu+ uno box BH3.02 e
when i select arabic language their is no language disabled and the manu is empty?? i need the arabic translation please
عندى جهاز فيوبلس اونو اصدار بلاك هول 3.02 عندما نختار اللغه العربيه , لا يوجد تعريب وتصبح القوائم فارغه ,, نبى تعريب اللغه العربية وشكرا

I ve got the same problem in my vu solo se same image please some one have any idea or should we reinstall an old version of black hole thanks a lot
