If I update from 1.6.2 to 1.6.5 VU Duo ....!!!

Hi.
If I update the image from 1.6.2 to 1.6.5 via Software manager do I lose the settings and Plug-ins or not !!!

not is possible update BH via Software Manager, use BlackHole Personal Backup to create your Backup then install the BH 1.6.5 then use restore from BlackHole Personal Backup.
 
Sorry for double post, but first I've got a error while posting so I've tried again and now I see that there are two same threads.
Mod's please remove one .

So, if I understand you good:
1. I have to flash the image via USB
2. Restore from Personal Backup.
Will it restore only settings ( channels , bouquets , rotor setting ... )
or Plug-ins too !!!

You will restore everything, plugins too.
 
Will using the backup also restore the ******* settings.
My Uno is presently running ********** should I also update to a newer version? If so how do I keep the "info" that my receiver is using presently?

I think you didn't read our board rules, please do it now.

PS: BH Personal Backup can restore everything.

Sorry..... I incorrectly assumed that by using some * I would keep within the rules. It won't happen again.
But at least I can backup my receiver with confidence.
