inadyn settings

i have amended the inadyn settings for use with no-ip but unable to press red button to start it does nothing and it just stays in the stopped state. any help appreciated

Username: your noip login email
Password: your noip password
Alias: the address of your host
System: default@no-ip.com

i can input the details but it says to start press red button when you do it does nothing
