Incompatible Skin

Hi, this is my first post, seems like a great forum.

I am currently trying to put an image on my vu as the BlackHole image I have wont load after downloading an incompatible skin. I only have a backup image on internal hdd so need to put a new image on to get to it.

I'm having trouble understanding how to update bootloader. So I format usb drive to fat32 then try to create a folder in the usb drive, /vuplus/duo but it says you cant have a folder with / in !!

I know it's something really simple but it's doing my head in, please help ??
 
Which model Vu do you have ? { forget that you have a duo }
format a usb to fat32 download the update and extract the folder to your usb, stick it in theh front of your box with the power off and other usb sticks and devices out.
Switch on and wait for a few seconds for the update to take place.
After reboot and then update to the image of your choice.

Should it say something when I put the usb stick in because it's just the blackhole screen still ?

In my Usb stick the file reads as cfe_cfe_auto. Don't think it's right is it ?

Turn off the STB And then ON after U stick in the USB @ Front,,,only at the small display it says is done,,,and the whole things only takes less than 2 second!
