Incorrect playing of some AVI files (twitching, accelerations, sound lagging)

Cannot play normally files such as:

Video: 720х304 (2.37:1), 23.976 fрs, ХvіD buіld 50 ~1634 kbрs аvg, 0.31 bіt/ріхеl
Audio: 48 kHz, АС3 Dоlbу Dіgіtаl, 2/0 (L,R) сh, ~384 kbрs

video twitches , plays with accelerations , the sound lags behind

How to config BH to play all files correctly (like doing openATV or openPli)? Which plugin to install?

I think that problem is system player. How to amend FFMPEG to EXTEPLAYER3 as system player?
