Increased strongly urged VU + team Blindsacn CBAND Function

OMG!
VU+ still haven't blindscan of C-BAND?!
Most of SNG signal on CBAND, without blindscan of C-BAND, I have no any interest on it.
If there are any need of blindscan, it must be C-BAND!
