This plugin is in gree panel but, on the Open 25/05/2015 installed while the version 6.19, you can not ...... both the panel by hand, there are problems, or I'm doing something wrong

Take look in System >> Customize (Setup mode >Expert) >> Startup to Standby is all in image.
