Installation of plugin

I just install in my VU+solo the BH 2.1.0.ow when i want to install new plugnin from DCC IPG Package the plugin won't install please help me.

yes from BH Addon ;the exucuton show that is instaled but i can't found it on system to activat'it so what's the solotion?
