Installed BH 2.1.6 and only found 17 channels with Automatic Scan. Why?

I upgraded via USB from BH 2.1.1 to BH 2.1.6, setup tuner A and ran an Automatic Scan and only found 17 channels. Then I transfered my previously setup to the tuner and the channels show (most of the time) 0% SNR, but sometimes jump up a bit, but almost immediately back to 0%.

Do I need somehow to make a clean install other than flashing the firmware from USB? I also tried to upgrade via BH to 2.1.6.1 with the same result.

The thing is:

1) Channels worked on BH 2.1.1 before I upgraded to 2.1.6/2.1.6.1.
2) I two VU+ Duo2 at home. The other box is setup with 2.1.4 and works fine is showing TV as I write and both boxes are connected to the same satellite dishes via diseqc (Spaun).

Any ideas what might be wrong, before I try 2.1.4 or revert to 2.1.1?

Nothing to do with image
check the configuration of the tuner
Check cable connection and Sat installation
