Request installing a EPG guide and setting up hardrive

hi All,

im a complete newbe on this, i have bought a vu+duo and installed a 2tb hardrive, and flashed to latest version of BH,
my question is how do i but a EPG guide onto box, looked last night and tried a few things but was getting NIM error on when of the items i was trying, i basically want a good EPG guide that updates regularly like sky, also what do i need to do to setup hardrive so i can record series link, pause live tv ETC.
