Installing BH 2.0.6 in brand new vu+ box

My mate just got a new vu duo box

I'm having issues reading BH 2.0.6 from the USB pen, the box is brand new out the box, I have used the same file and process as I used to update my firmware on my box a few days ago but his box won't read these files

Am I missing something here?

To add the USB has been formatted to fat32 etc

are you doing a full switch off with the box before trying to load the file from usb

yes i am mate, still nothing, also tryed the back usb port but still nothing, do i need a certain version of bootloader or is this included in the download file i have?

As I said I updated my own box from 2.0.5 to 2.0.6 the other day so I'm just doing it the same way but it doesn't read from USB just boots the box up as normal

No other pen drives connected at the same time and we were using a different USB pen to try and flash

NO issues reading BH 2.0.6 from the USB pen
you have to try with the same USB pen you have use before
or try another USB stick until you find a good one.

Anyone know where I'll get the latest bootloader for the vu duo and ill load that in while I'm at it?

Update

Got it working, it was because they bootloader wasn't installed, after installing that it reds the files from USB no problem
