what is the fastest way to transfer your media files from PC to internal Hdd in vu+ ??

If your PC runs Windows, a simple copy/paste with File explorer will do it ..... and of course, preferably both devices connected with a cable to the same router (or switch)
 
Thanks , i used ftp software via network cable and i was able to transfer fast enough my large media files......
