Hello. Even in the last update, after shutting down the vu ultimo 4k device completely, unfortunately, the internet connection is unavailable on the internet, either in LAN or Wi-Fi. And until the network is restarted, the Internet will not connect. Please correct this problem. Fix it.

The problem is with you
I think not the router, but the Internet connection you are using,probably restriction in your country.
I think you know what I mean.

Well because I have the same image and the same box.
You constantly repeats the same question, and there is no problem.
No problems with internet connection.
The same holds for dozens of our beta testers.
No one has any problems with internet connection.

What does that mean?

How I saw it
You do not have a direct connection from your country ?
You connecting through servers in other countries ?
Maybe that's a problem ?
