IPK Package installation.... not working on BH

hi,
i have error, i sow in other forum same error happen.
that IPK Package installation is not working...

Im unable to install ipk files..
This morning i decided to try BH 2.1.5, everything was smooth.
But I'm unable to install ipk packages, that i used in all BH version from years ago..

i receive an error that
wget: can't connect to remote host (209.236.11.82): connection timed out

i sow in Italian section that people have same problems..

How can i solve this...

hi, i solve with manual installation...

on other forums are reporting,that if you waut for long time 30 minutes, will eventualy work...

P.S. i did it manualy...

nice image too...fast bravo for 2.1.5

to me the same thing is happening
 
Same problem here (from Sweden), ip 209.236.115.82 not available (probably server down). Even had delay in manual installation of Ipk-package due to the server issue...
 
then you just have to wait for ipk after 3/4 mistakes you install everything to restart and everything is working try d -explorer you just have to wait at least for now it's so waiting me some fixes I apologize for my English
