Hi,
I'm having some problems with my IPTV service. Nothing new here, I know
It's a paid service and recently some of the channels, mainly UHD - 4K will not show on my Vu+ solo 4k.

I'm running Blackhole 3.0.9.N on Vu+ Solo 4k

What's more, the channels appear to be Ok, as when I use a Mag box to show the bad channels stream/play fine, both audio and video.
Some UHD / 4k channels do play OK.

I would guess it's because there are encoded with some new codecs (all the non-playing channels are recent additions to the service). So are there new codecs available for Blackhole, or can anyone think of another possibility.

Hopefully someone will know more than me on this subject.

Most IPTV servers use H.264 for 4K channels which is a codec that only the Duo4K and Zero4K can handle.

This codec did not exist when the Solo4K was produced and therefore the chipset does not support it.
 
I have the same problem with Uno 4k SE. 4k Channels and 1080p channels h264 and h265 with 4.2.0 YUV Plannar dont working.
I Installed service app and play this channels wtih ext3player.
Audio is ok but image dont working.
The problem is the chipset??
