is it possible to record one channel and watch another one at the same time?

Solo 4k
dual sat tuner, dual lnb.
BlackHole image.

Of course it is, if they are both FTA. If they are encrypted, almost surely your smartcam C.I. module won't be able to descramble two channels at the same time, even if from the same transponder.

But you wrote "Dual LNB": this does not mean anything.
What LNB do you have exactly?
a) A dual feed (two satellites)?
b) A single feed (one satellite) with two outputs (two cables that go to your two sat inputs?

And, in case you've got a), how many outputs do you have? Because, if you have only one output, you can't record/watch/stream/PiP unless those channels are on the same transponder.

I have option B. A single feed with two outputs and two cables directly in into my tuner.
Do you know some tuttorials about this?
 
I don't know if there are tutorials. But with only one sat you just have to set your 2 tuners exactly the same.

Configuration: Simple
Mode: Single
Satellite: the one you've got

Nothing else. As simple as that ;)

Or, as an alternative, after having set the Tuner A this way, you can simply set the Tuner B as
Equal to: Tuner A
