Is VU+ Duo ok for non-motor satellite + offset LNB?

I've got a 100mm dish pointing at 16E, with an offset LNB for 28E. Do I need two coax feeds from the dish to the receiver (VU+ Duo Twin Tuner) and will the receiver see both satellites without me needing to switch cables? Any advice much appreciated.

Yes.
In case of one cable only, you can use 2 - 1 Diseqc switch, but you'll be able to watch only 1 sat at time and watch and record 2 channels from same transponder only.
