What image, and skin, do you have loaded?
Have you checked that your VU+ Duo is genuine?
What setup do you have, single satellite dish, fixed, motorized, etc.?
A short video doesn't tell us anything.
Have you checked the receiver for a crash log?
Does this happen on all HD channels?
Has it ever crashed on SD channels?
How long have you left it running?

I think surely, you are using OpenPli firmware on your STB.
All thirdparty firmware, rather than "BlackHole" or "Open BlackHole" are not supported in our Board.
1) Change the firmware for one of those supported here.
or
2) Ask for support on OpenPli Board.

Receivers restart when transfer to channel hd
Have you checked the receiver for a crash log?
There is no crash log file
Does this happen on all HD channels?
yes
Has it ever crashed on SD channels?
no
How long have you left it running?
