Issue with dual tuner

Hi!

I have a VU+ Duo2 with two s-tuners. When i record and want to watch another channel its only a black screen and the VU freezes after a while.

I have set both tuners to simple and single. I have two cables one to tuner a and one to tuner b.

I have the latest Black Hole image.
 
I had this trouble mate. Check your cables in the back of the box. Make sure they are both in correctly and not loose. It happened to me, so i checked cables and one was loose out of the connector. Once i had it firmly back in place, it all worked perfect
 
Have you tried setting tuner a to simple and single and set tuner b equal to tuner a. I've never had any problems using this method.

In principle it should work.
Why do not I also do not know.
Are you sure you're connected to LNB antenna connectors.
and not loop connector.
If I understand you have two single tuners.

Doesn't sound like hardware then if both tuners are working correctly independently. Have you tried fresh flash of BH start from scratch and check see if it works I.e no plugins etc to see if it works
