Request Italian channels epg in english? Is this possible?

Hi all,
I've got a few channels on 13e hotbird satellite which have English and Italian audio and can't find a epg for them in English? I've found the ones in Italian in crossepg plugin but can't find ones in English.
If they already exist can someone point me in right direction, or if not where would it be appropriate to request them?

I've read in another thread that it is not possible as epg provided by provider so that's that then!
