Kodi, no video, no audio

I installed the latest version oh OBH, 4.2 with Kodi 17.6
I have configured the source to point to my nas.
I see the list of my videos but when I try to start one, I do not see and I do not hear
I try with e2player (default) but also with the other 2 that are installed.
Some idea?
