Kodi Resize Problem

Hi All, I've just installed BlackHole 3.0.2 and launched Kodi and seemed to be working perfectly, I have since closed it down and reopened it and now it's only filling about a quarter of my screen, The resolution is set at 1280x720p I don't see any 1080p selections but as i say on first boot it filled the screen perfectly. Any ideas what might have happened or how i can fix this?

Fills the screen if you change the video setting on the duo to 720p.....Also the clock is wrong and cant be changed because the timezone is greyed out
