LCD4Linux 5.0r4 Vu+ Duo2 LCD type missing

Just updated my LCD4Linux plugin to 5.0r4 but the "internal vu+ duo2 LCD 400x240" does not appear in the LCD type dropdown. As a result, my config is not displaying on the receiver. Any ideas how to add this manually, or could anyone supply a link to the Vu+ Duo specific plugin for the latest version.

I had an issue with 5.0r3 where the LCD was displaying correctly for tuner feeds but not ipeetv streams. Picon would not display and for some reason the program description would show on LCD instead. Wierd! Picon location was set correctly and picon were correct and present.

Look at the allowed IP within the Global options.
Check also if L4L is enabled.
Do you manage to access L4L configuration by OWIF (OpenWebInterface)?
