Linksys AE1000 Wi-fi Adapter Problem

I am using Linksys AE1000 Wi-fi Adapter on Vu+Solo2. The adapter is recognized by the STB and I choose DHCP enabled. But STB cannot take IP address. (My image on Vu+Solo2 is BH 2.0.0)

Could you please confirm the following?
--I will connect the box with RJ45 and configure the network accordingly,
--I will then connect the USB wi-fi adapter,
--I will reboot the box,
--I will connect to the box by PC using putty,
--I will send the commands in your post.

I have uploaded the file wifi.txt as you requested. Thank you in advance.

I suppose your wifi network is a G (54Mbit/s) network called "coskun"...
I suggest to change your Wifi channel because it's the same of one other wireless network and can cause problems.

OK. My wi-fi channel is 1-2412 MHz. I will change it and try again.
So you don't see a driver problem, do you?

It's my opinion that your device is correctly detected and running.
Configure also your box with specific settings (use the option WPA instead WPA/WPA2 or WPA2 instead WPA/WPA2 for example).

I have already tried with static IP address (DHCP disabled). Nothing changed.
I have applied WPA/WPA2 and WPA2. Nothing changes. It detects the wireless connection, but cannot take IP from the access point.

Your wireless (reading your wifi.txt output) doesen't support WPA2 but only WPA....

Previously I tried with WPA. Then as per your advice, I tried different settings, WPA/WPA2, WPA2.
Nothing changed at all. Do you think I should install the new image 2.0.1?

You should upgrade to 2.0.1 and, next, upgrade online with newest wifi drivers avaiable on the online.

Although I am not very comfortable about my solution, I finally found one.
I changed the encryption method of my wi-fi access point to Non-802.1x WEP. That was the only one that worked with Linksys AE1000.

I think that issue is obviously something to be solved by BH team. Linksys AE1000 couldn't send the correct passphrase to the wi-fi access point, via the encryption methods other than Non-802.1x WEP.

Anyway, thank you for all your support and help.
