Hi, I bought my vu duo about 2 years ago everything been working fine after you guys helped me out. I have read that theirs a new black hole image available All I do with my unit is watch tv and record lots of films, would it improve anything for me if I had the new image and how do you load it to my duo. I have also noticed I am losing some channels channel 5, itv 3+1 and more. Can anybody help thanks.
This board is now closed. The Blackhole image ended in 2020.

If U"r happy with the image you have now (watch TV and record lots of films) ,,,No need to change!
for losing channels,,,try to generate a new satellite.xml and make new channel scan!
