Hi I might be in the wrong section asking this question but lately I'm losing quite a few hd channels does anybody know why all the sd channels are fine

If you're discussing Sky UK then it's not allowed, but Sky are altering the encryption of their HD channels, and so they are now only available on an official Sky receiver, even with a subscription card.
Sky Italy did this some time ago.
Are all the FTA, Free to Air, HD channels working?
Have you checked to see if the missing channels have changed frequency?

I have checked the frequency its the same but still no picture

Then please provide more information, regarding the channels, satellites, and frequencies, providing the information doesn't break the rules.

You also need to read the forum rules:

You new what he was asking, you wanted him to say *** so you could get on your high horse and say it isn't allowed to be discussed, stop being a smart arse and just answer the guy properly the first time

The discussion is going in the wrong direction
So I am forced to close.

About Sky problems you can read all over the net.
But here it goes beyond the permitted and forum rules.
