could someone please help me? I am new to this and have had a vu+ uno box since February. I lost most of my channels starting in may. I tried to do a software update and to no avail but now its saying software problem. im pulling my hair out. I would appreciate any help. thanks for reading.
Re image your box according site instructions. After configuration, transfer new channel list to box. image update doesn't update channel list. you should transfer new list time to time,
