lost signal in sat

hello my receiver is solo2 and its image is OBH4.2 .this week one signal (12034v27500) in sat 52.5E is lost then i searched this signal again but didnt find plz tell me what is problem and its solution thank you before
 
This transponder, 12034 V 27500 DVB-S2 8PSK 2/3, is on the East beam, so not available, for my location.

There is a possibility that it's stopped broadcasting, or that it's broadcasting on reduced power.
You need somebody, that can receive the East beam, to verify if they're still available.
