Low Volume 2.1.4

Can not get high enough volume on bl.Hole image 2.1.4.It works on other images and I think it must be a Black Hole problem .It works on older Bl.Hole images just fine.
Any advice is very welcome.

What audio track are you try to hear? It's a DD track? Have you setted up correctly "Dolby Digital Downmix" acording to your system?

my settings:dolby digital/DTS downmix on
channel stereo 1 MPeg audio-BBC One HD
2DD dolby-BBcHD running
Different settings make no difference

If you using an external AV processor and you have personalized your remote control to work with a specif TV Brand, sometime
the maximum volume is low due to the fact that just before the remote control personalization your volume was low or at the medium scale.
So if you fall in this category please reset to default the RC then turn up the volume and customize again the RC.

I can only say that there are is no differences between the images and the volume .
Not with optic and not with analog output/hdmi.
I use both .
Also dolby works ok with my audio installation.

Problem soved with factory reset and new manual setting up!
