Making Timeshift run automatically?

Hi Guys, first post! Just flashed my duo to 1.7.3 and was wondering if you can programme timeshift to run automatically and record 30 mins behind all the time?

Also having problems with my HD 500GB not initialising with boot up.

-May be U can use the plugin> permanent timeshift !
-Have U mounted the HDD?
