Malfunzionamento con estensore IR

Vu+ Newbie
Ho un vu+ zero 4k a cui ho collegato l'estensore IR posizionato nella stanza attigua.
Il telecomando non risponde correttamente se uso l'IR del ricevitore,
mentre usando il telecomando nell'altra stanza con l'stensore tutto funziona correttamente.
Questo problema me lo fa anche con immagini diverse dalla OBH.
Suggerimenti?
