Request Media USB FAT32 - how?

I want to use an USB stick formated to FAT32 or NTFS and use for playing media. FAT32 or NTFS let me to quick copy files from and to USB using my PC.
It takes too long time to copy large files through my network. How to do it, anyone knows?

I found the solution. I used an USB formatting guide to format my stick as EXT2 and it works. Please close the thread.
