mediaplayer freezing on 1080p files on BH >2.07

hi all

2 weeks ago upgraded Solo2 to BH 2.1.4
mediaplayer begins to freeze onto 1080p content

upgraded network, so vuplus have 1gbit now
same bug...

today flashed a lot of images (vti, openpli, other BH etc) - no luck

downgraded to BH 2.0.7.2. by Mcbis - works fine

what could be with it?

simway, i have no problems with 1080p .mkv files in mediaplayer.

There was a bug in previous version that mediaplayer would freeze when going forward with '9' key with remote but that bug is gone.

Try to re-download and install again.

Are you restoring any backup files from previous versions ? If yes do not restore anything and just try mediaplayer.

Hi,
I have noticed that when the mkv has a PGS subtitle track, the movie stops every 5-20 minutes. No need to be active. If the mkv have pgs subtitles then the playback stops.

Could you check if your movie has pgs subs?. You can do that with mediainfo
BTW If you remove the pgs tracks with mkvmerge then the playback is smooth.
