You can try it this way, it worked for me:
from install blackhole image on usb pendrive delete "root_cfe_auto.jffs2" and reflash, this keeps your blackhole settings, sif multiboot and restore boot from flash.

Where is this file,i didnt understand you corectly?
On USB is only SIF (under MbootM folder)
