I ve just installed meoboot on my usb-stick (Vu Duo). I'm trying to launch the VTI-image on it. Now he's installing it on the stick, but it takes al ready more then 10 minutes. Is this normal and should I wait, or do I have to reboot it and when this fails to reflash the box?

If do not go take out a USB stick, and try again.

Or do it again format and try agn to install .
You do not need to install image again.
