    Buienradar: Make e2openplugins version replace the PLi one

    The openplugins-replace-pli.inc recipe does the actual work, just include
    it from any PLi plugin that now has a new and improved version in the
    open github repo.

    I'm using the buienradar plugin as a sandbox for this.​
