Missing ITV EPG Data

Hi, I have just setup a Vu+ Uno using 2.04 for my neighbours. Everything is working perfectly apart from some gaps in the EPG, particularly ITV, ITV+1 & ITV HD.
I guess this could be something to do with the fact that there are regional variations of these channels but I am unsure where to start in finding the problem.
Any help/guidance is very much appreciated

With all the recent changes the EPG data is not matched to the new channels yet. This is a problem for the EPG providers dev's to fix. Cross EPG has not worked for Spain and Italy for most of this year. Perhaps it's time to look for another EPG tool to try or just by a magazine. :)
