Missing teletext subtitles cofiguration menu.

Black Hole is best image (for me), I'm sure not only for me. But there is one problem for me: teletext subtitles have no borders, so they are not visible on white backgrounds. My question is: where and how can I configure subtitles parameters, especially bordrs. I use MX_X2_R skin.
 
Yes I know. On my Dream I had PLI. On my Vu+ I like BH. I thought that someon can explain what conf file i must correct to make changes and where I find the file.
