Mkv over mount/ windows computer

I have in the past img from Black Hole, had the following problems.
I play MKV over the network from a Windows Server 2008 computer.

When the film is played for a while "black hole" is starting with their "gears" and thinking, and the "duo" is locked. The only option is to turn off the power.

This is a problem I have on both my boxes (duo both).
I can tell that it's not always I experience this, but some times it has been.

I also miss a feature where I can start the film with the desired minutes into the movie. Just enter 45 minits, and the movie starts there. In my network the duo only forward with 4 or 8 times .... thus very slow. Internal hdd, 128x...

Anyone experience this?

I have the same problem with some mkv but my files are in the hdd. I don't think it's a Lan problem but a memory problem and occurs with large file in high definition. In my case this occurs at the same point of file.
If you have an idea let me know.

To skip forward use the 9 button, you will go forward by 5 minutes and you can setup how many minutes in the settings.
