More then 50% performance drop on net speed when CI active

I noticed then the download speed dropped from 6x Mb to 2x Mb when I mount a CI card in the box.
Any idea why ?

Running with BlackHole 3.0.9.0.
Codec used : HEVC
Format/Info : High Efficiency Video Coding
Format profile : Main 10@L5.1@Main
Codec ID : 36
Width : 3 840 pixels
