Motorised 28.2e

I've a 1.1m Triax motorised dish using USALS, when it's pointed at 28.2e, signal level is 80%+ for all channels except for BT Sports which is 50%, but if I point it at 29.5e, BT Sports signal is 75%
 
The motor is moving the dish using USALS, 28.2e is the default position for UK sats, so I don't know why BT Sports is 50% when its at 28.2?

The dish is aligned correctly, what size dish you use to get 99& on 28.2e? I searched around that having a big dish may need to nudge a few degree due to strong populated sats
 
Does it affect your viewing ?
If not why worry ?
I get less than 40% on horror channel but perfect picture so I don't loose any sleep over it.
If its not broken don't try and fix it.
