Motorized dish problem

I have a motorized dish,

with USALS in dream works fine, but not in VU

but if I disconnect USALS,and config each sat by hand with same settings of motor-config,it works ok!

now my question: can the USUALS be fixed to work OK???

With USUALS on my dish isn´t moving!

My latitude is 012,823 and if i type this to VU ,it shows 0014 450

are you sure the USUALS are ok???

or need this a fix???

I use USALS protocol and all works correctly.
