Move dish without zaping on Duo?

Hi,

got a Vu Duo and have 2 dishes attached one motorised and one static. Now the motorised on I also have connected to a box upstairs. The duo controls the dish, but to move the dish I need to change channel.

Is there a way that I can change over the dish without changing the channel on the duo? So I can move the dish for use upstairs without disturbing anyone watching the duo downstairs.

I think you can use the Positioner plugin (Menu->Config->System->Tuner->Positioner Setup)
 
I would like to do it without disturbing anyone watching the duo. Is it possible to long into the box via command line an run a command to move the dish?
