Vu+ Newbie
Hi, Ive recently moved from the UK to Canada and took my vu+ duo with me, Ive a satellite installed but when I choose the satellite on the box it scans and shows no channels found, and the signal finder is showing 0. Is there an image I can use or program to bring in the Canadian channel list? Thanks

If you didn't change your tuner configuration you cannot receive anything. In UK I suppose you had it configured only for 28,2°E.
Go to tuner configuration and choose the new satellite(s).
What is Nigma 82?

Thanks for replying.. sorry the actual satellite is 82.0 nimiq4 Bell HD, the runners have been changed to this satellite but it's not getting the signal, that's what's got me :(

Can you post a shot of your screen in Tuner configuration? Or you can grab it (after entering it) by your browser typing your box IP address and /grab
For instance, if your box address is 192.168.1.33 type in your browser
192.168.1.33/grab
and save the screenshot.
But there is also important to know the LNB type (if universal or SCR).
Are you sure there is only one satellite in your system?

Have you set your system up for C Band?
Code:
https://www.lyngsat.com/packages/Bell-TV-82W.html

Maybe I'm wrong but, according to Lyngsat itself, it's a Ku band like Astra 28,2°E
But I've always used only 13E, 19,2E and 28,2E: so I might be wrong.

Usually R and L, Right and Left, polarities = C Band, Horizontal, and Vertical, are used for Ku band.
I've only just got home so I'll check it later.
Try using R and L polarity options, in scanning, short for Right Hand Circular, and Left Hand Circular, but you should have gotten some signal even using Horizontal, and Vertical, so I'm wondering if the problem is your dish, LNB, cable, or receiver.
Can you borrow another receiver or tey your VU+ on someone else's dish?

1) Because there´s nothing to receive in this frequency.

2) Frequencies from this sat position: [ 12224; 12676 ]

3) Look to the next chart:

Code:
https://www.lyngsat.com/Nimiq-4.html

There is no such frequency, that I can see, listed on Nimiq 4, 82W, at least according to lyngsat.
Did you check my link?
The first listed frequency, of Bell TV, is 12224 R 21500 DVB-S.

Beaten to it by Nunigaia, while double checking the frequencies.
