Mp3 Playback

Guys,
This may sound daft but here goes, I transferred music from my laptop to my VU+ Solo2 in to the via /media/music folder but I am unable to see or play it, I transferred it via DCC, how can I do this correctly to play mp3s on my box?

Menu -> Media Player -> Internal FLash -> media -> music
But it is not a good idea to tranfer music in flash because you could fill the flash with system blocks
If you want to use the folder /media/music you should mount a device (usb stick) on it (using device manager)
After the device is nounted you will find it in media player.
